23 Year Old Malaysian Girl Gang-Raped After A Night Out At Singapore

Sadly, a rape case happened to this Malaysian woman who got gang-raped by 3 British citizens of Vietnamese descent that she had met during her trip in Singapore.

It all started when, this 23 year old victim was in Singapore and she met a friend of the 3 suspects, his name was Ahn Viet Trinh, also known as Richard at Zouk Club Singapore. It happened on September 10th last year. This guy Ahn, was there with 3 of his friends known as Tam Thanh Khong, 22, Michael Le and Vu Thai Son, both 24. They all had met for the music festival Ultra Singapore.

The victim is a marketing and corporate communications officer in Malaysia. She started a conversation with them, and became friends with them on that night. After hanging out and chatting with them for sometime, she asked Ahn to bring her back to his room at the Carlton Hotel.

By that time, this woman was already drunk and did agree to have consensual sex with Ahn about 2.30am. However, she fell asleep in his arms after that. Unfortunately, Ahn was not drunk and decided to slip out of bed and allowed his friend, Khong to enter the room about 4am. Ahn then left Khong alone in the room to rape the woman while she was asleep. After Khong, Vu entered the room about 4.25am for his turn to rape the woman, according to Straits Times.

The two of them both forced their fingers into penetration and then Vu left the room about 4.50am. It was still not over, because it was Le’s turn this time. He went into the room within a minute and quickly undressed himself so that he could have sex while she was still asleep and then it continued.

Lucky for the victim, she woke up and she was in shock to see it was not Ahn that was by her side. So, she then confronted Le and sparked an argument. Le left the room about 5.05am but not long after that Ahn came back into the room and the victim was angered and accused him of allowing his friends to conduct the rape on her.Ahn had denied that he knew about what had happened, and the girl left at about 6.30am.

She lodge a police report on that day and the 4 suspects were arrested for investigation. Ahn was said that he had left the jurisdiction even with his passport being impounded by the police. So the trial is continued this August 1 and the prosecution presents evidence such as CCTV footages from Carlton Hotel that showed the suspects entering and leaving the room.They even found Le’s phone where he boasted about having sex with the victim online. What a dumb move, Le!
